This Privacy Policy applies to Rolvix and Best Free Online Tools. The platform is an active development preview provided only for testing and demonstration, not commercial use.

We may process account and authentication details, business and accounting records, customer and storefront order details, uploaded files, support messages, operational logs, diagnostic results, and usage information that you choose to provide through the platform.

Some tools, including browser notepad, whiteboard, cart, theme, and interface preferences, may use local browser storage. Browser-only data remains in that browser profile unless you export, clear, or submit it through another platform feature.

When you connect services such as OpenAI or Binance, credentials are intended to be encrypted and used only for the requested integration. Never share credentials in public fields. You remain responsible for permissions, IP restrictions, rotation, and activity performed through your external accounts.

Information is used to authenticate users, provide requested tools and business workflows, create test invoices and storefront orders, process manual payment submissions, operate integrations, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, provide support, and improve reliability.

The platform may rely on providers including Auth0, Vercel, Vercel Blob, Neon, Resend, Google Analytics or Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA, OpenAI, Binance, and other configured services. Their processing may occur outside Sri Lanka and is also governed by their terms and privacy practices.

Information deliberately published through an enabled storefront, including business identity, public products, prices, descriptions, images, and policies, may be visible to anyone. Private costs, credentials, internal notes, and private documents are not intended for public display.

Information is retained while needed to provide the development service, satisfy operational or security needs, or preserve requested records. Workspace deletion and browser-storage controls remove eligible data, although backups, logs, legal obligations, and third-party systems may have separate retention periods.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no development system or internet transmission is guaranteed secure. Use test data where possible and do not rely on the platform as the sole copy of important records.

You may review or update account and business information, remove eligible workspaces and browser data, revoke connected credentials, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable under Sri Lankan law.

The platform is not directed to children and should not be used to submit a child's personal information without appropriate lawful authority and supervision.
