Rolvix and Best Free Online Tools are active development previews. You receive a limited, revocable right to use the platform only for testing, evaluation, learning, and demonstration. Commercial use, real customer trading, resale, production deployment, or reliance as a paid service is not permitted while this notice is active.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in session, and use only workspaces and records you are authorized to access. Platform roles and business roles are separate, and access may be changed or revoked for security, support, or policy reasons.

You may test tools, create sample business records, preview storefronts, and evaluate workflows. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with other users, bypass access controls, upload unlawful or malicious material, scrape protected data, or use development commerce features for real commercial transactions.

You retain responsibility for information and files you submit. You grant the platform the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and transmit that content to provide the requested feature. You must have the rights and lawful basis required for customer, employee, vendor, product, and other third-party data you enter.

No ownership is claimed over third-party names, designs, images, community resources, trademarks, or other protected materials. Rights remain with their respective owners. Demo and reference materials are provided only for non-commercial development evaluation and must be replaced or separately licensed before any future commercial launch.

Storefront checkout, invoices, payment links, submissions, inventory movements, and related records are development workflows. They do not constitute payment processing, banking, escrow, delivery, or a binding commercial marketplace. Users must not treat test orders or payment confirmations as proof of a real transaction.

Calculators, reports, tax summaries, reconciliation suggestions, analytics, exchange-rate references, and trading features are informational development tools, not financial, legal, tax, accounting, investment, or trading advice. Verify all outputs independently. Trading and leveraged products can cause substantial losses.

Integrations such as Auth0, Vercel, Neon, OpenAI, Binance, Resend, analytics, storage, and anti-abuse services are governed by their own terms. You are responsible for external credentials, permissions, costs, limits, IP allowlists, and account activity. The platform is not responsible for third-party availability or decisions.

Features, data models, limits, URLs, and stored development data may change, fail, or be removed without notice. Keep independent backups and do not rely on uninterrupted availability.

The platform is provided as-is and as-available for development evaluation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rolvix and Best Free Online Tools disclaim warranties and are not liable for lost data, business interruption, trading losses, tax outcomes, failed transactions, indirect damages, or third-party conduct arising from use of the preview.

Access may be suspended or terminated for security, abuse, legal, operational, or policy reasons. Users may delete eligible business workspaces and browser data, subject to backups, logs, third-party retention, and lawful obligations.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Questions or notices can be submitted through the platform contact page. These provisional terms should be professionally reviewed before any commercial launch.
